- Setting goals. I've learned that holding myself accountable is what keeps me on track, otherwise I just slack off and never get anywhere.
- Racing - motivation is good!
Of course I'll be gaining muscle and losing fat too. I definitely feel fat. I know I've lost some muscle. So my goal once again is a well toned 155 lbs. Starting weight loss again is not easy...but I did it before and I can do it again!
