Taking a break

Sigh.

So my pain has gotten worse and I now have new symptoms. Long story short, I'm getting serious about taking action to get this figured out. Cause the easy approach isn't working.

I'm going to be taking a hiatus from fitness stuff until I get this figured out. At this point it's like one step forward, two steps back. There's no point in me trying to exercise through this pain and fool myself into thinking it'll get better. It's pretty possible I might have something more serious going on, and I need to put all my efforts into getting myself taken care of.

I'll be back once I get this mess figured out for good. Back to running, weight lifting, yoga, everything. Back to more positive things, not all this negative mess I've been posting about lately.
I can't wait... this is driving me beyond crazy!
