PR City

Hello!

I am back from a family wedding weekend. It was nice, we even had a minute to drop by the spot where we got married and chill for a bit.

I'm off to a pretty good start this week!

Hit a new squat PR yesterday morning, 2 sets of 5 reps at 155 lbs
The rest of my sets were 135. The 155 was very difficult but just wanted to see if I could do it.
This means I could probably max out at my body weight (which varies between 160-170 lbs) and that's pretty cool!

This in addition to my deadlift PR last week makes me rather happy :)

Sadly this morning's run was kind of a failure. I say kind of because I got up early and got out there to do it, but only did 1.5 miles because I had the same bathroom troubles from 2 weeks ago. I'm sure it has to do with the fact that I was out the door within 30 minutes of waking up, and I just disrupted my routine. And I am very very routine about the bathroom. So my body was probably just like WTF are you doing. In the future I need to at least allow my stomach a little bit of time to "wake up" if you will. Yep. Learning!

1 more lifting day and 1 more running day and then it's off to Tough Mudder
